Statistical mechanics of DNA mutation using SUSY quantum mechanics

چکیده
In this paper, we investigate DNA denaturation through Statistical Mechanics and show that exceptional polynomials lead to mutation. We consider a model with two chains connected by Morse potential representing the H bonds, then calculate partition function for model. The is converted into Schr\"odinger like an equation. exploit techniques of SUSY quantum mechanics also compute thermal each mutated state.
